Pros
The starting pay is better then most call center jobs. The training is very intense, educational, and paid
Cons
Lack of caring for the individual, only numbers. I was let go for receiving a injury caused by the basic functions of the job because I was no longer able to preform the basic functions of the job. I wasn't the only employee let go for this reason. So if you want to work here, don't get injured or you will loose you job.
