Working from home but this is something they give to tolerate the work load
Cons
The owners expect you to be working on evenings and weekends as well. Otherwise, you will fall way behind in your work. They have a high turnover rate for the operation position due to unrealistic workload and poor work/life balance. There's a reason they can't keep the operation position filled, and it’s because what they pay is not worth it at all! Low base salary and no commissions. Very disorganized senior management which means you can't believe everything that they say. And also they have no idea what they’re doing , changing procedures once a week to improve the operation of the company but they have no idea what they’re doing , they’re just “ testing new ways of doing things “. They work as a start up after 10 years in business. Not recommended at all ! They don’t take blame on anything and they act as a corporation when they’re not.
