Pros
I really like my co-workers, most of them anyway.
Cons
Some people work very hard all shift long while some just shuffle around and do the least amount of work. They even know that some are sleeping on the job and the supervisors and management do nothing about it. You have to be a team player in order to get the work done, but some get away by not letting their co-workers help them when they are behind and the work is all stacked up. They are very willing to let you know when you make mistakes, but they rarely commend you on a job well done. The attendance policy is so ancient--when you are sick you have to use your PTO instead of your sick time. A lot get away with taking hour breaks instead of a 30 minute break and if the work load allows, you can take a 15 minute break also.
