Flight privledges - and "true" airline employees with years of experience and jet fuel in their blood
Cons
Unequal treatment of employees with airline experience vs. new MBA recruits from "Good schools". I completed my MBA during my employment with AA (4.0) and was never given a salary adjustment to bring me close to the $78K+ they give the MBA recruits with no airline experience - much less work experience other than internships. We are expected to "train" these MBAs and watch them get automatic promotions the first couple years at AA
