      In hand salary is good.

      Cons

      Waste Insurance plan. Sr leadership themselves confused. Every body busy in pleasing their US masters thats it. No vision on how GCC work will established. Client vendor relationship style followed from Indians in leadership sitting in US. Do not join if you are career oriented. Unnecessary office politics.
