      Can facility, free food, Good exposure to airlines domain

      Cons

      Management don't know what they are doing & they are not supportive. They will stress the employees to complete the work which they don't know. Lot of resistance from onsite teams, They are not ready to share 100% knowledge Lot of politics

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
