Scheduling is 5 days even though you’re working part time. No matter what shift you get most shift options still suck. You will have to make deals constantly with other coworkers to try to get certain days off that you may need since scheduling is made by bids. If you’re not a people person and not willing to suck up to coworkers to get help with shifts may not be the job for you. Lastly you will ALWAYS work on weekends.
