Great place to learn about health insurance policy. But be warned about working here! No honest transparancy or communication from Management. The CEO hides in his office and has his #2 run the company. More concerning is AHIP has found a work around to remove negative company reviews. Let's see how long it will take for this post to be removed.
Cons
I saw a recent post that stated AHIP executive leadership is unethical , and now the post has been removed, other recent negative reviews have been removed since new management started. It appears there is no way a current or past employee can safely and share their true and honest experience working at AHIP if it's not positive. This says a lot about Executive Management! What do you have to hide?
Little to no promotion opportunities no matter how long you have worked there, management was going to roll out a new pay program but dropped the ball leaving employees with unfulfilled expectations.
