      Very flexible scheduling, lots of room for growth and further development.

      Cons

      The 401(k) plan is not the best. They contribute 15% of the first 6% of your contributions, and it takes 6 years to become fully vested in their contributions.

      We appreciate you taking the time to review our company! Regarding our 401(k) plan, the credit union also offers a fully funded Pension plan with no cost to the employees. Only 16% of companies still offer this amazing benefit and we will continue to provide this to our employees in addition to our 401(k) plan.
