Pros
Good people to work with. Managers are knowledgeable and can fill in all areas when staffing is an issue. Managers treat employees fair and time off is granted without an issue. Lots of learning opportunities.
Cons
Employee on night shift staff very negative and always creating unnecessary drama. Drags everyone into it. Managers are stressed out. Constantly covering for positions without people. High turnover and it falls on the managers backs.
