Cons
NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE : They will make you work 24/7. No weekend offs or work from home. Pathetic Leave policy : They won't give you complete offer letter because they can't mention about their leave policies. Guys it's just 10 days in an year. During interview they have told that I can get 3 weeks marriage leaves and when I asked after joining they said company doesn't have policy. Mostly in night shift and no shift allowance !! You can't go away from your desk more than 10 minutes. You have 15 minutes Service Level Agreement which will scrw all your happiness because resources will be very less for any project. Managers think employees are supposed to be treated like slaves and they won't even laugh at them.
