      Pros

      If you need a job while you search for a real one, this is the perfect place. If you want to, you can find ways to not do any 'real' work your entire shift by playing pass the tickets.

      Cons

      The company tells is employees to post 5 start ratings on glassdoor. Management uses fear to try and motivate staff... IPsoft is a glorified helpdesk so if passing tickets around and around is your thing, this is the place for you. Do not get holidays off... don't let them lie to you. The NOC always needs coverage...

      sufficient training period steady learning curve as they didn't expect me to have any prior knowledge and coworkers were really friendly

      distance I lived far away so it was a bit too much for me

      They used to have monthly happy hours and events to keep people happy

      Cons

      Salary is low, expectations are high. Most engineering was moved off shore when the AI did not do well. Funding seemed to have been cut and events have been cut as well
