      1. They claim Amelia is a humanoid. Its an integration of all open sources. 2. No patented algorithm 3. The CEO him self as no attractive profile in Linkedin. 4. Now they are hiring people from IISc and IIT as these people are fools when it comes to duniyadari and always look for high salaries. 5. IP Soft is paying high so that people can't leave as all are freshers with low quality of IIT.

      sufficient training period steady learning curve as they didn't expect me to have any prior knowledge and coworkers were really friendly

      They used to have monthly happy hours and events to keep people happy

      Cons

      Salary is low, expectations are high. Most engineering was moved off shore when the AI did not do well. Funding seemed to have been cut and events have been cut as well
