      Pros

      * Good Food like lunch, dinner, snacks * Good Cab service * Outing with Team * Culture is okay * increment avg * External learning courses like Udemy premium, certification Azure, AWS Oracle etc

      Cons

      * Culture depends on your team * Project learning is not soo good. * Most of the legacy projects not good for freshers * There is very least chance to get good project. * Your team depends on your manager most of them are good but some play politics.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
