      it is a company for short project. like 3-6 months

      Cons

      I did not see anybody happy working for the company. When management find opportunity cost cut, they replace you with some one outside of the country and management don`t care about you. they care about money.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
