      None. I don't think they have something solid or stable

      Cons

      Very bad work culture. Too much favoritism. They even had different policies for someone they like / not like. The managers are not educated / trained to be neutral with their subordinates. No ethical or compliance policy in force. They hire and then layoff in few months and then rehire same position in a month time.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
