      Pros

      Endless opportunities to take on new challenges. Strong multi-cultural workforce. Celebration of those cultures with events for employees and sometimes family (Trick or Treat, Thanksgiving, Diwali, Rosh Hashanah, 4th of July, Christmas, etc. Average tenure of employees at site is high.

      Cons

      Onshore workforce has been reduced over the last 10 years putting more pressure on those teams that are customer facing.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
