      Pros

      work-life balance is great. can work from home. compensation is good.

      Cons

      there are cuts every year so every year i'm afraid of losing my job. management are all yes men - they don't challenge leadership at all and in turn policy changes are put in place that hinder rather than help. no room for growth

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
