      Chilling, some projects are good, onsite opportunities

      Cons

      managers are worst, HRs are worst. Negotiate well before joining because they are not going to give you the hike later on.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
