      1. Overall excellent in terms of culture, people and events. 2. Many leader to leader sessions and many many events ; very good for overall development. 3. Foody company with rich food ,breakfast and all.

      Cons

      1. Compensation is a problem if you are not excellent and you are not innovative. 2. If you can develop in house tools->compensation can be good.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
