      not a place for the ones who are used to and love to work in Startup Scale. not the best salary in the market. working within an enterprise company it's very similar to working within the military (rules, restrictions, regulations, etc...)

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
