      Pros

      Great colleagues, some very smart people, mission critical software means that your customers need you, strong technical skills, great travel and relocation opportunities, pretty innovative (even if it is often by acquisition)

      Cons

      Poor managerial skills at Manager and Director level, wrong people get promoted Questionable business proactices - drive customizations to achieve more revenue Tend to withhold information from employees

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
