      very good work culture. Very good internal mobility policies. Company is Open to change the process and technology as per industry standards.

      Cons

      Need to improve work life balance of employees in few projects. Need to improve collaboration between internal teams. Other things are good.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
