      HMO from Day 1 (You can have 2 or more dependents) Good company culture but still subjective to what team you belong one of the best team is Application Development and SRE Automation and AI

      Cons

      Slow salary increase Can be toxic (Tech Support Roles) High Employee turnover ( Resignation due to Toxic Environment, Redundancy, Cutting of Budget)

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
