Pros
Office ambience, food, snacks are good but you can buy that too if you get better package anywhere.
Cons
Amdocs layoffs anyone anytime not worth joining now for new Employees. Top management is worse. All decisions are taken by reporting manager there is no reverse feedback for managers from employees so it creates a toxic work culture and politics.
