      Pros

      Insurance is good. Pay is pretty good for the job, with a 100% match up to 8% for retirement funds. After training you go to night shift, but can generally move to day shift quick as an assistant.

      Cons

      Plant management constantly changing operations, 2-2-3 schedule with opposite coverage. Too many extra members of management.

      Plant team was great to work with.

      Cons

      Thankless corporate culture. Deadlines unrealistic. Month close analysis projects never made sense, but it's almost exclusivity what you were evaluated on. Boss only called when there was an issue.
