Pros
Some of your work colleagues will be nice.
Salary is not terrible.
Cons
Training none existent.
Management are incapable of planning. Everything is reactive. Decisions are made spur of the moment with no thought of impact, and then staff are blamed if things go wrong.
Will often tell you different things from one day to the next, constantly shifting goalposts and making out that you are the problem.
Everyone gets treated differently with no consistency. Some people are allowed to do as they please, while others will be pulled up for minor things.
This company does not offer any kind of sick pay, no option to work from home while sick (even though there is no reason this is not possible), but will also then hold you to account if your productivity drops while sick even though you have essentially been forced into the office if you have bills to pay. Several staff members commented on how the office sounds like a hospital ward at times.
