Pros
Great environment, sharing, good group of people to work with, everyone was bright energetic and from different places, I loved my manager
Cons
Management can abuse power easily, seen management (AD levels) asking senior/mgmt consultants to source for them and then giving them only 1% of what they deserve for basically doing all the work. Responsible for driving talent out the door when you abuse your power.
