Pros

This company claims to umbrella 4 reputed nursing agencies, allowing employees to reap great monetary benefits from a rich variety of opportunities to work.

Cons

I was an HCA living in Sheffield, without a car. They advertised in Sheffield, (via Indeed.com and others), interviewed me in Sheffield, and promised me explicitly work at large hospitals and care homes in Sheffield. After 9 months of insane bureaucracy before I was allowed to work, I was told that they can NO clients in Sheffield. I then endured calls at antisocial hours asking me to work in Hull, or Barnsley. The interview consisted of an informal chat that could not have possibly analysed my skillset. Registration was murderous. I inputted all of my details into an online system that regularly failed, which took huge amounts of time. I was then called no less than 3 times at anti-social times of day to repeat all of my personal details down the phone. They are virtually un-contactable. They rarely reply to email, and call centre staff, based in South Africa, seem clueless as to actual operations in the UK, and cannot look up useful information using a computer. I have met current employees who report constantly fighting to receive the pay to which they are entitled. A24 required me to undergo training and purchase uniforms with my own funds, where-as most are decent enough to sponsor these expenses.
