Pros
Good pay, great colleagues, strategic office location.
Cons
1) Management that is not local (Russian) is implementing an "ordering regime" which tortures the mental health of the employee. Instead of asking for help, the management just simply throws the task which is out of your job scope despite you rejecting it with proper reasons. At the end of the day, you're having a workload that you don't suppose to do.
2) Too much bias/one-sided story. Management is applying "selective hearing" since they only wanted to hear good things and not problems. Despite having tons of meetings/one-to-one sessions, and numerous feedbacks given, no action is being taken since their plan stays a plan.
3) Benefits and career advancement are only given to selected employees. Eligible employees who deserved more had to stay low although they applied for the internal opening. The rejection reason provided is irrelevant as well.
4) The management has trust issues with the KL branch and they keep coming here every now and then to monitor our jobs. Rather than investing the same amount of money in the employees, they'd rather channel it to something else for their own benefit. Also, there is no transparency being applied despite promoting it every now and then in the meeting/town hall verbally.
5) These are only some comments, and it is enough to let good employees exit the company without a second thought.
