      Pros

      - In the beginning a lot of autonomy, leaders spoke with vision and confidence (initially). - Great marketing and decisive.

      Cons

      - Unless you speak some Chinese, you will struggle. - Organisation is flat and messy. - Initially joined and negotiated a decent package, but once the industry went down, they will reneg on everything. - Owners are smart and intelligent but lack the maturity and trust to their team to deal with actual managerial issues.

      Pros

      The culture is one of relentless optimism! Headcounts expanded and contracted with the elegant rhythm of a tide, except the tide was payroll. No one seemed particularly troubled by this. I found it inspiring!

      No cons - A truly visionary organisation — the vision just kept needing updating.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
