      Pros

      You're your own manager. Work whenever, choose the time you prefer.

      Cons

      Sometimes too many drivers fighting for the same time block. Parking issues in the city or areas where parking is difficult. We're not allowed to park where Aus post/DHL/FedEx etc can since we don't have permits which sucks. No weekend pay rates.

      No guaranteed work Base pay Personal vehicle use so, wear and tear and fuel is on you
