Pros
Flex is a great way to earn extra money in your free time. The hours vary based on your schedule. The pay is decent and depending on type of delivery you can earn tips. You are your own boss and have freedom to accomplish the goals of delivering packages and or groceries in the best manner that suits you.
Cons
Amazon does over hire so completion to secure work is challenging. The routes can be exhausting and frustrating at times. You will be working outdoors in the elements. Traffic, depending on your area can be brutal and add time to finishing your route. Driver support is not always very helpful or readily available.
