Next to no training, sp's tell you to opposite of what little training you do get, unmanageable work loads, misleading regarding amount parcels and stops, 15 mins to collect load and leave depot, often bags bundled in wrong order labels covered up, van so packed doors struggle to shut this eats in to delivery time as required parcels are not reachable, no time to stop for lunch or to use toilet if you do stop your sanctioned for unauthorised stop, from home to finish and back home on ave is 13 hours only paid for max 10, flex app is terrible location is off by a mile and often refuses to accept youre at property despite standing right outside it.
