Pros
There are non now as they have set on far too many drivers who are fighting each other for the few blocks that are available.You spend loads of time swiping the app looking for work thats not there.
Cons
We are self employed and to that end amazon should be taking travelling time into consideration within the block time but quite clearly are not,meaning that you can be doing 100 miles round trip and still be given 45+ parcels which cannot be done in the 4 hrs that you are paid for As 21/2 hours of the 4 hrs is taken up with travelling time.Also bear in mind that ALL petrol money is included in the £52 that you get paid on a 4 hr block,so you can wave goodbye to £20 if you do 100 mile.
