Pros
Flex is constantly learning new ways of evolving and through this some changes have come about e.g the app is getting easier to use and navigation improved also time consuming factors cut out. There is a bonus introduction with flex and drivers who perform well can be honoured from time to time.
Cons
Although they seemed to be getting the message better from past and present workers they still have a poor concept of what can be achieved in 4 hours or less so this makes people look elsewhere inevitably. There is not good job security at flex even if told not to look as full time people still rely on their incomes which they dedicated their time on.The reason for this is that Amazon like any great company believe that people are easy to find for work anytime anyplace although good people maybe not so easy which is typically left to the wayside classic trait of profit striving organisations. Delivering takes skill and patience not just a set of keys would you believe and seeing as people are willing to sacrifice their free time and their carers for Amazon's profit they really should treat worthy people with respect and chop away the sponges who turn up for a free meal ticket which we see all too often in the UK. Maybe if they restructure things more fairly it could work it does depend on which depot you work from which I noticed some are more dedicated to making amazon better to work for than others .
