- Employee centric company - WFH for TRMS employees - lapton provided - one should have experience in working with such great company
Cons
- Frequent updates due to which one can get an error and then they can send you in PIP each year. - You got to be an extra-ordinary performer to match their expectations and AHT otherwise you will end up in PIP and then out of office in no time. - Leadership asks for feedback but feedback is not taken and not worked upon.
