Pros
Work from home, ability to schedule your own classes
Cons
Crazily competitive - you have to scout the students the second you get a student suggestion. Suppose a student registers an account and writes about their goals. This post is immediately sent to many teachers, and whoever clicks on the notification among the first three gets to actually contact the student. It also does not guarantee the student will pick you, so you end up spending too much time sitting by the page and waiting. If you earn less than 100 a month, the fee AT takes 38% (add more as you will have to withdraw money from your PayPal). There are also tons of teachers who will teach for 1-2 dollars, making it nearly impossible for others to earn actual money (the students refuse to pay more).
