nepotism, if someone above you doesnt like you they target you and lie about you until you decide to quit or they fire you, lazy employees from other shifts, drug use during breaks, a lot of those in charge have NO idea whats going on on the shop floor.

Good salary, professional environment, good installations, safe.

Training could improve, it was only hybrid.
