DO NOT WORK HERE - Sales Representative Amarillo Management Group Employee Review

I have been in the business for 2 months. I have grown so much not only in the management training program but also in my life. I learned the sales and marketing of business in part one that now I have grown into a management role. I'm training and teaching. I have really picked up my confidence level. My family has really seen the difference in my communication skills. I'm excited to see what I can accomplish.

Growing from part time into full time.

I love the opportunities for advancement this company has. The atmosphere is great, you are treated like family. Team nights are not only when we do great but also when the Director knows we've had a not so great week. He takes us out and motivates us to do better, day-in day-out. There is no seniority here which is what I love. You get out of it what you put into it.

If you are not willing to learn everything from the bottom up or put time into it this is not for you. It takes hard work just like anything that is worth it.
