Only pros is on time salary.

Management is not good because they run business on the basis of review and worda from only one or two employee. Management judge employees not on the basis of work but on the basis of evaluation they hear from the mouthpiece of 2-3 employees who dont even know the work details of the relevant department. One of the basis work of some of the old age employee and some chatu employees to see that what other employees are doing rather than minding their own business. Strict timing. Medieval thinking. No employee benefit for example medical or health insurance policy. No HR policies. HR department governed by some other department. Hire and Fire policy. I recommend not to join this company even if you dont have any work in hand. Only Sunday off for HO and 2-4 saturday is work from home that is also not fixed.
