Pros

Nice facilities, good product offerings, DC on site.

Cons

Chaotic environment, unrealistic expectations, highly toxic leadership from the top down, stressful work environment, disorganized for a 20 year old company, always a “sky is falling” attitude, reactive VS. proactive operations. As a former employee, I had very high hopes for this company. They have so much potential, yet cannot get out of the way of themselves to progress to the next level. The company is ran as if it was a startup, but has been in business for 20 years. It’s absolute chaos each and everyday. There is no order and if order is introduced, it is not well received by leadership. Very disappointing and disheartening to come in each day knowing you cannot affect change and move the company forward. It’s just not a good environment to be productive in. It’s a churn and burn emotionally exhausting space. I would caution against anyone considering this place of employment. I say this out of respect for the industry I love and out of compassion for an incoming employees mental health and work life balance.

Pros

This company offers an exciting opportunity for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. With rapid expansion and ambitious goals, there is plenty of room for entrepreneurial thinking and for individuals to make a real impact. The culture encourages creativity and initiative. The sky is truly the limit, and success is largely what you make of it. The team is made up of hardworking, driven people who are passionate about building something meaningful. Leadership brings strong experience, strategic focus, while remaining transparent about goals, performance, and revenue. It’s an energizing place to work if you’re motivated by growth, innovation, and the chance to be part of something big.

Cons

It’s a great environment for self-starters who enjoy building and adapting, but those who prefer a slower pace may find it challenging.
