Being a smaller company has plenty of benefits but one con is that the workload can add up, however, during busy times performance bonuses are handed out which is excellent!

The environment at AIU is healthy and positive. The partners are fair people who value every employee immensely. The compensation is very fair and there is lot's of room for growth. Heath insurance is offered through the company for those who opt in for it. I've brought in some friends of mine who are very happy here as well. I've also gained some great friends while working here - the team is awesome! All in all this is a great place to be employed!
