Pros
- a lot of responsibilities since the beginning - room for growth - great for someone without experience - trainees, interns - ability to gain new valuable skills in the area of interest - possibility to rotate inside the company for a long time - pretty good benefit package once you have a solid position
Cons
- there is no growth after first 2 years inside the company - having a lot of responsibilities and work equal to a manager position but the salary is not adequate to it. - the experience might be pleasant or not, depending on the team you are put in - quite biased people in Madrid - sometimes long hours but without overtime pay - a few HR teams has no knowledge about the areas they are assigned to...instead you need to look for answers outside of the company
