      * Build on good Product Domain Knowledge * Get to work with latest technology in most of the projects * Decent work life balance * Average exposure to product development lifecycle

      Cons

      * Software Quality Processes are really poor * Compensation structure is not at par * HR Policies are really average. * Not so transparent work culture.
