Pros
Management is just for show, they don't care about the staff. Confusing management from head office compare with local office. Upper management only look after themselves.
Cons
Very poor HR team. No answer to any question why for the redundancy. Just say nothing suitable. How would HR know nothing is suitable. If they don't ask or allow time for the effected staff to apply for the internal jobs available.
