Cons
There is no willingness to change and takes feedback very casually Very old and outdated stack to work. You might lose industry edge due to this Division Head level are like site administrators, operations, facilities event management guys and don't have any hint to understand technology, business. They take pride in saying that they are dependent on global counterparts
