The upper IT management are mostly incompetent bullies. Huge decisions are made on a whim in the US without any consultation with affected staff and usually without any attempt whatsoever to understand even the rudiments of English law or work culture. This tends to annoy people so they leave and the company complains they can't keep their staff.
Training and career progression are non existent as are inductions. HR are more concerned with DEI boxticking than retaining and developing staff.
Bradford office (it isn't in Leeds despite the blurb) is OK but the location is grim. At least the parking is free.
Retention is woeful so people are overworked with expectations changing in an instant.
