      Pros

      Ability to work remotely, great Encompass administrator (one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with), & wide variety of programs available.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t take the time to get to know their employees, who they are or what their strengths are, & feels as if laying off most of those left in one particular division via email was a good idea. (3 hrs notice & your computer access will be turned off).
