On regular occasions the foremans and manager would treat new hires such as myself in the most unprofessional manner. They would yell and use profanities whenever things were not done as they wanted. If that wasn't enough it was clear favoritism practiced by the foremans where certain employees were treated better than others. For the type of heavy labor expected of you the pay is not so great.
